  • I am not a member of Temasek club, can I still enroll my children in your gymnastics programs?"
    Yes, certainly!
  • What is the price range of your classes?
    Please contact us directly should you wish to find out more regarding the specific rates for our different programs.
  • What are the coaching ratios like?
    We have a maximum ratio of 1 coach to 8 children.
  • Are parents allowed to observe their child inside the gym?
    Parents are only allowed to sit in for the trial session to observe the program. After which, should you wish to enrol your children regularly, please note that all parents are required to abide by the Drop-off Policy to promote safety and encourage independent learning.
  • What should my child wear and bring to her/his recreational gymnastics classes?
    Any leotard/ tank top/ t-shirt with tights/ leggings/ shorts will be ideal. All loose jewellery or watches should be removed, and long hair tied away from the face. Please bring along a water-bottle, for your child to drink from during designated water breaks.
  • Do you offer make-up classes?
    Make-up classes will only be accommodated if there is a valid Medical Certificate, or if the gymnast will be travelling overseas. If the gymnast is going overseas, parents must inform us before the start of the term. No further make-up arrangements will be entertained once the term has started. All make-up class(es) are to be completed within the same term, with a limit of 2 make-up classes per gymnast, per term. A $20 admin fee will be charged for each re-booking or cancellation of confirmed make-up class(es). Make-up classes are strictly by prior appointment only.
  • What happens when I am overseas during most of the Term?
    Gymnasts who will be overseas during the term may choose to do make-up sessions accordingly. Pro-ration of fees will also be considered for gymnasts who will be overseas during the term. If your gymnast is going overseas, kindly inform us before the start of the term. No further make-up / pro-ration arrangements will be entertained once the term has started.
  • What happens during public holidays?
    No make-up class(es) will be conducted, or a refund of fees be done, should training fall on a government gazetted public holiday.
  • Will I be able to get a refund?
    All fees paid or payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Can I register more than one child?
    Definitely. We offer a family discount of 10% (for immediate family only), when 2 or more immediate family members sign on for a full term together.
  • What payment options do you have?
    (1) Paynow to Dreams UEN: 201435279K Alternately, please approach our staff on-site for the QR code. (2) ATM / Internet Bank Transfer to DBS Current Account 018-904151-5 Please send us your proof of payment via Whatsapp (8128 0298) or email (contact@dreamsgymnastics.com). (3) Cash; to be submitted to our staff on-site. (4) Cheque; payable to "Dreams Gymnastics Pte Ltd", and to be submitted to our staff on-site.
  • I sent an email, but did not get a response. What should I do?"
    Our admin team is contactable via contact@dreamsgymnsatics.com. Please allow us a lead time of 2 working days to respond to your queries, thank you!
  • My query is not answered. What should I do?
    Please send us an email presenting your case via contact@dreamsgymnastics.com Your case will be dicussed and further pursued by our team. Please note that special cases / arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis. Decisions made by Dreams Gymnastics are final.
  • Can parents sit in to watch the trial and regular lessons?
    Parents may watch the class from the entrance, or from the TV footage right outside the gymnasium.
