Where are classes conducted?

Classes are conducted at the Singapore Chinese Girls’ School Gymnasium, at 190 Dunearn Road, Singapore 309437.

Are there any pre-requisites to joining the classes?
Does my child need to have gymnastics background before enrolling in your classes?

We offer programs to cater to a spectrum of students, from toddlers to adults, beginners to competitive gymnasts. Your child(ren) do not have to have any gymnastics background prior to enrolling with our school. They will be assessed and placed in a program most suitable for their skill level, age, and training goals.

My child is a beginner. What attire and equipment do we need for the first lesson?

Your child may come for lessons in T-shirt and shorts, with the T-shirt tucked in. For students with long hair, it is important for them to have their hair tied away from their faces. All other accessories and jewelry such as watches, necklaces, and bracelets should be removed before the start of the session.

As/when your child needs them, the Olympic Dreams team will advise and assist to purchase the relevant attire and/or equipment for your child’s use.

Who will be coaching me or my child?

You may entrust your child’s gymnastics training to Olympic Dreams’ team of professional and competent coaches. Our entire coaching team works closely to develop our programs to ensure quality and consistency. Specific coaches are then assigned to the most appropriate classes based on their prior experience, track record, specialization and personal inclinations.

Can two (or more) of my children attend the same class or same time slot?

Which class(es) your children are enrolled in are dependent on their age and/or gymnastics ability. It is our responsibility to ensure that your children are assigned to classes best suited for them. Where your children’s programs run on multiple days however, you may choose to sign up for training day(s) that are most compatible.

Do you offer private coaching?

Yes, we do. Get in touch via our online contact form, or drop us an email, for details.

Do you offer make-up lessons?

To ensure optimal coach-to-student ratios, and maximum quality of our programs at all times, Dreams Gymnastics strictly enforces our make-up policy.

Make-up classes will be scheduled when ALL the following conditions are met:

• Valid Medical Certificate (MC); and
• Availability of suitable alternative sessions; and
• A maximum of 2 make-up classes in a term; and
• Scheduled at least 2 days in advance; and
• Completed within the same term.
• Up to 3 different / best-suited lesson slots will be offered per make-up session per gymnast.
• Should the gymnast be unable to attend all the offered make-up options, there will be no further make-up or pro-rate arrangements provided.
• Should the gymnast fail to attend the arranged make-up class upon confirmation of his/her preferred slot, no re-arrangements will be entertained.

If the gymnast is going overseas, parents are advised to inform us before the start of the term. No further make-up/pro-rate arrangements will be entertained once the term has started, or once fee payment has been made.

Failure to abide by the above will not entitle gymnasts to a refund of fees.

All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What happens if I or my child joins mid-way during a term?

We strongly encourage parents and gymnasts to pay for the remainder of the existing term AND for next term.

Why is there a ($100) registration fee?

Similar to most gymnastics schools and clubs in Singapore, this is a common practice as schools and clubs incur administrative fees each time a new student enrolls in their program. More importantly, this is to encourage students to adopt a consistent, long-term learning approach in their training and development.

When can I enjoy your Early Bird discounts?

Early Bird discounts are applicable for payments made at least 3 weeks before start of term.

Are there any other discounts?

i. 2 or more sign-ups within immediate family (e.g. siblings / parent & child) – 10% discount applied to each gymnast every term.

ii. Referred friends / extended family – $40 discount applied to referrer in subsequent term, if new friend enrolls.

iii. We may have ad-hoc promotions from time to time – like us on Facebook and/or check our website frequently to stay updated!

What is your refund policy for classes, camps and other activities?

All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
